For the last 20 years, Dave has been Chairman of the Oklahoma Community Sentencing Planning Council and Chairman of the Cleveland County Adult Drug Court These diversion programs assist defendants in gaining sobriety, life skills and help them to return to productive members of society rather than facing incarceration. Dave was appointed to both of the positions by the former and current District Attorney of Cleveland County. Dave is the Past President of the Cleveland County Bar Association, a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and a member of the National College for DUI Defense.
