Harley O. Wagner is the owner and operator of The Wagner Law Firm, West Virginia's only exclusive DUI Defense Firm. By and through the National College for DUI Defense and other organizations, Harley has amassed over 800 hours of DUI Defense training in his now going on 20 year DUI Defense career.
