About Lynn Gorelick

Ms. Gorelick is a Faculty and Sustaining member of the National College of DUI Defense. She has been a featured speaker at the Mastering Scientific Evidence Seminar in 2013 and 2014 and a member of the faculty for the 2016, 2018 and 2019 Summer Sessions at Cambridge, Mass. Ms. Gorelick was one of the speakers for the Summer Session of NCDD in January 2022. Ms. Gorelick has represented people charged with DUI for over 40 years. She has successfully obtained dismissals of DUI charges and has won numerous DMV hearings. She has NEVER been a prosecutor who pursues convictions. She has only DEFENDED people accused of crimes. She has over 40 years of experience defending my clients in Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Drug cases. She takes pride in thorough and aggressive representation of her clients. Ms. Gorelick is the Past President and current board member of the California DUI Lawyers Association. She has, not only lectured nationally, but has done training for the Alameda County Bar Association and Alameda County Public Defenders offices. Ms Gorelick was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Annual CDLA conference in Los Angeles.
