About Neil Halttunen

Neil uses his law enforcement background to the benefit of clients and other lawyers alike. Neil is frequently contacted by other attorneys for his expertise in defending DUII cases and continues to share his knowledge with others by teaching a 12 hour continuing education class that has received excellent reviews from attorneys that have attended. Neil is passionate about using the science and police protocols against the prosecutor’s case himself and looks forward to hearing the success stories of attorneys he has helped prepare for trial. Also related to DUII, Neil was an investigator on the major crash team where he investigated multiple vehicular homicides. Neil uses his background to carefully analyze police reports and to find the flaws in the prosecutor’s case. Neil’s varied background provides him insights that few attorneys possess and he uses those insights to help clients. When not at work, Neil can be found riding his motorcycle and enjoys camping weekends with his family where they all ride their motorcycles together.
