July 19, 2023 - July 22, 2023

Although what we do requires analytical skill, legal acumen, and a scientific foundation, what we do is art! From group formation, listening, and story structure, to communication, voice and eye contact. From forming a jury that you will lead, to setting sensory scenes in the courtroom, a DUI trial lawyer should spend a lifetime studying and honing the art of not guilty. Not only is it necessary to winning, it is fun! Our 2023 Summer Session, at the Palmer House Hotel, July 19-22, will be a deep dive into The Art of Not Guilty, getting the not guilty verdict in a DUI case. Our faculty is incredible, and I will introduce them to you over the next few weeks. Do not miss the banquet Wednesday evening, because we are starting then (for real), with Improv training for lawyers and an Improv performance.
